Box type ovens

Box type powder coating curing ovens

Box type ovens are convection ovens that cure electrostatic powder coated workpieces at around 180-200°C, usually within 10 minutes. Oven dimensions are designed by us according to daily workpiece quantities.

The ovens are for manual use with a ground trolley, the powder coated workpieces are hung on the trolley and manually transported to the oven. Trolley movement can be provided automatically by adding a ground movement mechanism to the system.

Electricity, liquid or gas fuel is used for heating the ovens.

OVEN STRUCTURE

Box-type powder coating ovens consist of an oven body made of sandwich panels filled with 150 mm thick rock wool, an oven heating unit, a forced circulation fan and a heat exchanger unit with a burner for gas/diesel fueled ovens or an electric heaters for electric source ovens. The temperature controller is digital and easily adjustable, with an emergency thermostat for safety.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The air movement created by the circulation fan passes through the heating unit of the oven interior air volume, takes the heating energy with high efficiency and is pressed into the oven. Adjustable air blowing openings on the air duct at the bottom of the oven provide homogeneous air distribution at the set temperature. The heating chamber is made of high temperature resistant stainless steel.

Powder coating ovens provide the highest efficiency in line with our long years of experience.

Box type ovens are CE certified and comply with European Norms.
