Cartridge-type recovery powder coating booths

CARTRIDGE FILTERED POWDER COATING BOOTHS

Cartridge type powder coating booths are cost-effective solutions for companies that generally use single color powder coating or do not change the paint color much.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The extraction fan is located at the top of the booth, at the end of the system. The pressurized air flow created by the fan carries the powder coating particles towards the filters and collects them on the outer surface of the filters. Powder coating filters are cartridge type and are cleaned during operation by a jet-pulse filter cleaning system. This system consists of pulse valves and a compressed air tank, controlled automatically or operated using manual buttons on the control panel.

POWDER COATING RECYCLING
As a result of the filter cleaning system, powder coating particles fall down and are manually collected in a bucket at the bottom of the filter unit. This bucket can optionally be a simple drawer or can be with a sieve having a vibration motor with a powder pump to sift the powder coatings collected on it and transfer the sifted powders for reuse and send it to the powder recovery system for reuse.

Powder coating booth is designed with conveyor passage for manual or automatic powder coating application, with manual painting windows on one or both sides. There is an electrical panel on the system and electrical installation has been made up to the motors.
