The conveyor chain is made of high carbon steel by hot forging and consists of 3 parts - side link, center link and connecting pin. Chain assembly and disassembly is very easy as the chain links are connected to each other without rivets.
Conveyor trolleys consist of 2 symmetrical bodies made of hot forged high carbon steel, between which carrier plates are fitted and on which bearings are mounted. The bearings are special type conveyor bearings that can operate at 200˚C. Trolley bearings can be easily lubricated with high temperature resistant grease.
The trolleys mounted on the chain moved by the drive unit work on the principle of transporting suspended loads by moving on the I-beam rail. The conveyor rail is fixed with steel supports fixed to the ground. Thanks to its chain structure, the webb conveyor is suitable for horizontal movements in X and Z axes as well as vertical movements in Y axis.
Webb conveyors are produced in 3" and 4" pitch chain types and the trolley load capacity is 120 kg, 250 kg and 500 kg per hanger.
