Wood effect film transfer ovens for aluminium profiles and sheets

The imitation furnace is specially designed to transfer the wood or marble effect on the surface of the polyester film to aluminum profiles or sheets by sublimation method. 6-7m long profiles or aluminum sheets must be pre-coated with special primer powder coating. The transfer process from the film to the profile or sheet surfaces takes place at the gelling temperature of the primer powder coating.

Aluminum profiles, powder coated with primer and bagged with polyester transfer film, are placed on the oven carrier and the heads are mounted on special vacuum nozzles on both sides of the carrier. Using the vacuum valves on both sides, the air inside the bags is sucked out and the entire film is in contact with the profile surfaces. All profiles are vacuumed one by one in the same way. As long as the carriage is in the oven, the vacuum pump operates continuously to ensure maximum efficiency in the transfer. When the transfer from the polyester film to the profile surface takes place, the trolley automatically exits the oven. The compressed air system starts to work and presses air into the bags to separate the polyester film from the profile surfaces. Afterwards, the polyester film is separated from the profile surfaces by the operator and the final product is obtained.

All parameters can be easily set from the touch screen on the control panel.

The transfer oven is designed as standard for the transfer process on aluminum profiles or similar workpieces. There is a specially designed apparatus with a membrane vacuum frame for transferring products such as flat surface aluminum sheets or steel doors.
